Hello everyone! I’m Jasper!

I began my journey as a stray, but luck turned in my favor when I was rescued and brought to FOHA. I had a past to leave behind but so much future to look forward to! Trust can be tricky for me with new people—I’m a little head shy when unfamiliar hands come near, but I warm up quickly once I get to know you. My friends here can rub me all over, and I just LOVE it! I just need someone patient to help introduce me to new people and show me the way.

My name means “treasurer” or “bringer of treasure,” and I want to be YOUR treasure!

Playful and sweet, I’m ready to be the source of joy and love in your life. I’d do best in a single-pet home. I’m happiest without small animals or young children.

I’m so excited to meet my potential new family! To make sure we have the best first impression, I’d feel most comfortable meeting new people with one of my friends(a FOHA staff or volunteer) by my side.
