Meet Butters 
Butters is a happy-go-lucky, pup who is ready to be your ultimate companion! He is incredibly sweet and is a total gentleman when it comes to house manners and meeting other people. His go-with-the-flow personality makes him the perfect companion for his favorite activity, walks, as well as car rides to fun places. He is a loyal shadow and will enjoy following you from room to room.
Great news: Butters just aced his final heartworm treatments! He must rest until mid-August, but after that he is looking forward to being a normal dog with longer walks and more adventures. He has thrived in a home routine and is the perfect companion.
If you are looking for a gentle, easygoing boy to bring joy to your life, Butters is your guy!
HOW AM I WITH DOGS: Unknown – my friends at FOHA will schedule a time to do a dog introduction with your dog and we can see if we get along!
HOW AM I WITH CATS: I was cat tested at FOHA and passed.
HOW AM I WITH KIDS: Unknown – we will do slow introductions to see how things go. He has met kids (ages) and done well.
I KNOW THE FOLLOWING COMMANDS: I’m a smart boy! I have learned “Sit” and I’m working on “Down.”
MY HOUSEBREAKING AND/OR CRATING: I have been doing excellent in the house and thrive on a consistent daily schedule.
THINGS I LIKE: Going for walks and soaking in the great smells, meeting new people, solving fun feeder toys and eating chicken!
THINGS I DISLIKE: Loud unexpected noises (like fireworks and opening carbonated beverage cans), but I shake them off quickly if I’m safe inside with you.

ADOPTION FEE INCLUDES:
Spay/neuter, vaccines (rabies, distemper & Bordetella), 1-month access to Petcademy for training and behavior support, slip lead leash, 1 bag starter food, 1 month flea/tick & heartworm preventatives, diagnostic testing, and additional medical procedures as recommended by our vet.
