Meet April O’Neil
🐾 ABOUT THIS ANIMAL:
Hi, I’m April O’Neil! I recently arrived at FOHA and am getting the hang of shelter life. I’m an energetic and enthusiastic girl who gets excited about new experiences and is always ready to get out and explore. When I first arrived, I was eager to leave the car and head toward the grass, where I quickly took care of my business — a great sign that I may do well learning a routine in a home.
I can be a little jumpy when I’m excited and may pull on leash while I’m figuring things out. I’m very food motivated and have already shown that I can sit politely for my dinner bowl. I enjoy attention from people and will let you know when I’m hoping for some interaction, especially if you’re busy with other dogs nearby!
Before coming to FOHA, I arrived as a stray with puppies. My puppies have all found homes, and now it’s my turn to find a family of my own. I’ve done well meeting both people and other dogs and seem ready to start the next chapter of my life.
If you’re looking for a lively companion who enjoys activity, training, and connection, I’d love to meet you.
