🌟 Meet White Castle!

White Castle may look like he’s lived a few stories, and he probably has. With his big tomcat cheeks, sturdy build, extra toes, and an absolutely endearing little stubby tail, this handsome boy has plenty of character before you even get to know his personality.

And his personality? Pure love.

White Castle was found after the people who had been caring for him moved away. For a while, he would come and go, sometimes disappearing for days at a time. Then a kitten wandered into the same area. White Castle stuck around, befriended the kitten, allowing rescuers to finally bring him to safety. From there, he made his way to FOHA, where he’s getting accustomed to a much more predictable life.

Despite everything he’s been through, White Castle is an incredibly sweet guy. He’s still getting used to his new digs, and right now he likes to survey his kingdom from the higher shelves in his room. But don’t mistake his elevated lounging spot for a desire to be left alone, come over and offer him some chin scritches, and you’ll quickly discover the big softie underneath that tough tomcat exterior.

And did we mention the toes? White Castle is polydactyl, meaning he has extra toes on his front paws. Between those impressive mittens, his chunky cheeks, and his stubby little tail, he’s assembled quite the collection of adorable features.

🏡 What I’m Looking For:

After a period of uncertainty, White Castle deserves the simple things: a safe indoor home, people he can count on, cozy places to lounge, and plenty of affection. He’s still settling into shelter life, so we’re excited to learn even more about him as he gets comfortable.

Have another cat or dog at home? White Castle will go home as Foster with Intent to Adopt, giving everyone time to settle in and allowing you to see how White Castle and your resident pet do together before making the adoption official.
