Hi, I’m Vette! 🐾🏆

I’m a 5-year-old beauty who has come out of my shell since arriving at FOHA. I started off a little shy, but once I felt safe, my playful, goofy side took over!

I absolutely love to run, play, and chase toys—especially tennis balls! I’m still working on the whole “bring it back” thing, but I promise I’ll keep you entertained. Tug-of-war? Oh, I’m the champ! And if you give me a Kong to chew on, I’ll be in heaven.

I recently stayed in a foster home (twice!), and guess what? I was an awesome guest! I got along great with my foster brother, a dog named Mack, and was very respectful of him.
I also met a cat—I barked at him a little through the gate, but I wasn’t obsessed with getting to him. If you have a cat, a proper introduction would be a good idea.

I love going for walks and do pretty well on a leash, though sometimes I get excited and pull a little. I’m also super treat-motivated and take snacks oh-so-gently from your hand. I already know “sit” and would love to learn more tricks if you’ll teach me!

But the best thing about me? I’m a total goofball who loves to make people laugh! If you’re looking for a fun, playful, and sweet companion, I can’t wait to meet you! 🎾❤️
