Meet Rollo
ABOUT THIS ANIMAL:
Hello, I’m Rollo! Don’t you think I’m a handsome and charming guy? I’m a fun, goofy boy with lots of hobbies to keep me busy. I love long walks with my dog friends, and I’m really hoping to find a family of my own soon! The play yard is my happy place where I zoom around and hang out with my pals. Dog friends make me so joyful, and I’d love a home where I can enjoy their company.
I’m a treat lover and, believe it or not, a lap dog! I’ve been on some cool adventures, like visiting a brewery where I spent time watching people eat fries—hoping for a dropped snack! I’d love to hang out on your couch for game nights or movie marathons.
I do best in a quiet home since busy places with lots of commotion can make me nervous, causing barking or lunging at strangers or kids. While I’m a sweetheart at heart, this can startle little kids and others. I also don’t get along well with some small dogs, so I’d prefer a home where I’m the main dog or with compatible dog friends.
HOW AM I WITH DOGS:
Dog selective. Tested with Jerry & Janis and did well.
HOW AM I WITH CATS:
No cats.
HOW AM I WITH KIDS:
Good with kids over 10, can be reactive around younger children due to nerves.
I KNOW THE FOLLOWING COMMANDS:
Sit, stay (until released), paw, down, come, find it. Very smart and treat motivated.
MY HOUSEBREAKING AND/OR CRATING:
Housetrained.
THINGS I LIKE:
Long walks, treats, exploring, hanging out with dog friends, cozy couch time.
THINGS I DISLIKE:
Busy, noisy environments; small dogs that visit often; sudden loud noises or crowds.
