🌟 Meet Mister Miller!

Mister Miller may not be the first cat to rush over and introduce himself, but trust us—he’s absolutely worth the wait.

This handsome boy likes to take a moment to assess the situation before joining the fun. Often you’ll find him tucked away in a cozy spot, observing the room and making sure everything meets his standards. But once he decides it’s time to make an appearance, his playful, affectionate personality steals the show.

Mister Miller is a wonderful combination of sweet, silly, and just a little bit coy. One volunteer described him as a total character who spent time watching everyone from his cactus tunnel before suddenly deciding they were his new best friends. Once he warms up, he’ll happily lead you around the room, making sure you keep up with both the petting and the admiration.

When Mister Miller finds a quiet moment away from the hustle and bustle, his affectionate side truly shines. He loves chin scratches and will nuzzle into your hand while purring loudly, often trying to follow your hand when the pets stop. One volunteer’s daughter was lucky enough to receive the ultimate compliment—Mister Miller curled up in her arms with his face tucked against her chest, happily soaking up the affection.

While he enjoys people, Mister Miller can be sensitive to busy environments. When there are lots of cats, loud noises, or too much activity, he prefers to retreat to a quiet perch where he can watch from a safe distance. We suspect that in a home environment, his confidence will continue to blossom and his affectionate side will be on display even more often.

🏡 What I’m Looking For:

I’d love a home that appreciates a cat who likes to take things at his own pace. Once I feel comfortable, I’m incredibly loving and devoted. A calmer home where I can enjoy cozy snuggles, quiet companionship, and plenty of chin scratches would be a dream come true.

If you have another cat or a dog, I can go home as foster with intent to adopt so we can make sure it’s a good fit for everyone.

Spay/neuter, vaccines (rabies and FVRCP/distemper), diagnostic testing (including FIV/FeLV), any additional medical care recommended by our vet, 1 bag starter food, 1 month flea/tick prevention, and 1-month access to Petcademy for post-adoption support.
