Hi, I’m Max! I’m a handsome, independent guy with all the classic Chow charm — a little reserved, a little mysterious, and perfectly happy doing my own thing. I love my walks and I’m super easy on leash — no pulling, just strolling and sniffing like a pro.

I’m looking for an experienced, confident adopter who understands my breed and respects a dog who likes his space. Once we’ve got that mutual understanding, we’ll get along just fine.

I’m a chill, low-key companion who’s happiest hanging out, taking it easy, and enjoying life at my own pace. Could that be you?

MY HOUSEBREAKING AND/OR CRATING:
I have potty training and crate training experience but will need a family who can continue to work on these skills!

THINGS I LIKE:
Long walks, being independent, lounging and treats.

THINGS I DISLIKE:
Being over-pet/over-touched. I like to check-in and then go do my own thing!

ADOPTION FEE INCLUDES:
Spay/neuter, vaccines (rabies, distemper & Bordetella), 1-month access to Petcademy for training and behavior support, slip lead leash, 1 bag starter food, 1 month flea/tick & heartworm preventatives, diagnostic testing, and additional medical procedures as recommended by our vet.
