Meet Mac
🌟 Meet Mac!
Mac is one handsome buff boy with a gentle heart, and while he may be part of our fast-food crew, he’s hoping his next home is anything but temporary.
Before coming to FOHA, Mac was living as part of a colony with multiple cats. His previous rescue stepped in to help get the cats spayed and neutered and bring the friendly ones into foster care. Sweet Mac proved that he was ready to trade colony life for the comforts of an indoor home, and eventually his journey brought him to us.
Right now, Mac is still getting used to life in the FOHA cattery. He’s a little nervous with all the changes and unfamiliar surroundings, but underneath that uncertainty is a very sweet guy who simply needs some time to settle in and feel secure.
Mac doesn’t need someone to rush him. He needs someone willing to give him the chance to realize that he’s safe, loved, and finally home.
🐾 A Few of My Favorite Things:
Gentle attention • Taking things at my own pace • Quiet moments • Cozy places to settle in • Getting to know people without pressure
🏡 What I’m Looking For:
Mac would love a patient family who understands that adjusting to a new environment can take a little time. He’s already experienced some big changes in his life, and a home where he can settle in at his own pace will give his sweet personality the chance to shine.
Have another cat or dog at home? Mac will go home as Foster with Intent to Adopt, giving everyone time to settle in and allowing you to see how Mac and your resident pet do together before making the adoption official.
💛 Ready to fall in love?
Mac has gone from colony life, to rescue, to FOHA—and we’re hoping there’s only one more stop on his journey: home.
No drive-thru required. Just come meet this handsome buff boy and give Mac the chance to make himself at home. 🍟💛
