ABOUT THIS ANIMAL:
Hi! I’m Luna (Lulu). I’ve had a tough start—my previous owners were convicted of animal cruelty, and I was placed in the shelter by a judge’s order. Despite that, I’m a super sweet and shy girl who loves belly rubs and snuggling, even with older kids. I’m learning to walk on a leash and enjoy hanging out with big dogs. I’m looking for an easy-going home filled with love and patience. Could we be the perfect combo?

HOW AM I WITH DOGS:
Good with dogs; learning to hang out with bigger dogs.

HOW AM I WITH CATS:
Good with cats.

HOW AM I WITH KIDS:
Good with older kids.

I KNOW THE FOLLOWING COMMANDS:
Behavior assessment done; working on leash walking.

MY HOUSEBREAKING AND/OR CRATING:
Still working on it, but I am almost there. I am also doing pretty good in a crate for short duration <hr.

THINGS I LIKE:
Snuggling, belly rubs, hugs, sitting in your lap, calm and loving attention.

THINGS I DISLIKE:
Wary of new people at first; it does not take too long to warm up as long as you are patient with me, and will sit next to me for a bit.

ADOPTION FEE INCLUDES:
Spay/neuter, vaccines (rabies, distemper & Bordetella), 1-month access to Petcademy for training and behavior support, slip lead leash, 1 bag starter food, 1 month flea/tick & heartworm preventatives, diagnostic testing, and additional medical procedures as recommended by our vet.
