🌟 Meet JPEG!

JPEG came to FOHA from a colony lovingly cared for by one of our dedicated volunteers. She quickly saw what a gentle, deserving boy he was and asked if we could help him, and his brother Brisket, find the indoor life they truly deserved. Now JPEG is safe, warm, and learning just how wonderful life with people can be.

He may start off a little shy when meeting new friends, preferring a slower, softer approach while he figures everything out. But give him just a few minutes, and you’ll see the real JPEG shine. Soon he’s offering enthusiastic headbutts, leaning in for pets, and soaking up affection like he’s been waiting his whole life for it.

JPEG has a quiet sweetness that makes every bit of trust he gives feel incredibly special. He’s the kind of cat who will build a deep bond with his person and show his love in gentle, meaningful ways.

🐾 A Few of My Favorite Things:
Headbutts, leaning into pets, calm companionship, cozy spots, and kind humans who take their time getting to know me.

🏡 What I’m Looking For:
I’d do best in a home that understands shy kitties and lets me settle in at my own pace. Once I feel safe, I become a loving and affectionate companion. I may also enjoy having another friendly cat in the home — maybe even my brother Brisket! If you have another cat or a dog, I can go home as foster with intent to adopt so we can make sure it’s a great fit for everyone.

ADOPTION FEE INCLUDES:
Spay/neuter, vaccines (rabies and FVRCP/distemper), diagnostic testing (including FIV/FeLV), any additional medical care recommended by our vet, 1 bag starter food, 1 month flea/tick prevention, and 1-month access to Petcademy for post-adoption support.
