🌟 ABOUT THIS ANIMAL:
Hi, I’m Jack Torrance, a sweet and playful Doberman with a big personality and an even bigger heart! I’m a toy-loving goofball who can turn any squeaky toy into an adventure (just don’t leave me unsupervised with it, or I might get a little too enthusiastic!).

I’m a smart guy who knows “sit” and I’m always up for learning more, especially when treats are involved. I walk well on leash, though I can be strong at times, so I’d love a confident walking partner who doesn’t mind a little muscle. I’m working on feeling more comfortable with my harness and slip lead, so please go slow and let me set the pace, patience helps me feel safe.

When I get excited, I like to use my paws to play, think of me as Muhammad Ali in training! 🥊 I’m affectionate, loyal, and full of life, ready to bring laughter, love, and a touch of silliness to my forever home.

🐾 HOW AM I WITH DOGS:
To be determined. I came in with notes saying I’m good with dogs, but I have not joined a play group yet! I may do well with the right dog friend after proper introductions.

🐾 HOW AM I WITH CATS:
Unknown. FOHA can assist with a cat test upon request.

🐾 HOW AM I WITH KIDS:
I’d do best in a home with adults or older kids who understand playful, energetic dogs.

🎓 I KNOW THE FOLLOWING COMMANDS:
Sit, and I’m learning more every day! I’m treat-motivated and eager to please.

Working on it! I’m a quick learner with structure and consistency.

Squeaky toys, treats, learning new things, snuggles, and having fun with my people.

Things going too quickly over my head, I appreciate calm, patient handling.

Spay/neuter, vaccines (rabies, distemper & Bordetella), 1-month access to Petcademy for training and behavior support, slip lead leash, 1 bag starter food, 1-month flea/tick & heartworm prevention, diagnostic testing, and additional medical care as recommended by our vet.
