Dylan

Hey there, I’m Dylan, an 8-year-old brindle hound mix with a heart full of love. Life hasn’t always been kind to me, but I’ve bounced back with resilience. It might take me some time to trust new people, but once I do, I’m the most loyal and affectionate companion you could ever have.

I’ve made great friends with the shelter volunteers and staff. Some of them take me on weekend getaways, and we have a blast together. One thing I absolutely love is car rides – sticking my head out the window and feeling the wind on my face is pure joy. I also like to make sure all traffic rules are followed from the backseat, right between the driver and passenger.

Indoors, I’m happiest when I’m with my people, especially if I get to share the couch with them. I’m housebroken and well-behaved inside, making me a great companion.

I’m not the high-energy type, so I don’t need long walks or hikes. Just spending time together is enough to make me happy. But I should mention that I’m not a fan of cats or kids, so it’s best if they’re not in my new home.
