Meet Dorothy

ABOUT THIS ANIMAL: Hi! I’m Dorothy! I’m a little pocket pit full of energy and love. It might take me a bit of time to warm up, but once I do, I adore hanging out with people! I can be wary of strangers and sometimes other dogs, so it’s best to chat with my favorite staff to see if I’m the right fit. I love cheese, benebones, and cozy chill time on the couch. I’d do best in a home that isn’t a condo or apartment. My ideal match is someone with space, a love for exercise, and the patience to help me polish my ladylike manners! I need plenty of walks and playtime to really show you my truest colors.

HOW AM I WITH DOGS:
I can get along well with some dogs but success depends on personality, energy, and proper introductions! I can be a little quirky around other girl dogs, so my fit would be a case by case scenario!

HOW AM I WITH CATS:
NO CATS.

HOW AM I WITH KIDS:
I am good with kids.

I KNOW THE FOLLOWING COMMANDS:
I know my name and sit, and I am working real hard on all the rest!

MY HOUSEBREAKING AND/OR CRATING:
I am crate-trained and house-broken!

THINGS I LIKE:
Long walks! Treats, pets once I know you, toys to tear up! I love cheese and benebones!

THINGS I DISLIKE:
I can be wary of new people. I can be protective of my personal space around other dogs.
