Meet Charli the Unicorn
ABOUT THIS ANIMAL:
Hi, I’m Charli — a quiet, observant girl with a gentle soul. I can be a bit slow to engage at first, and “aloof” is a good word to describe me, but I’m very sweet once I feel comfortable. I like to take my time getting to know people, often checking in for affection and then heading off to explore on my own. I’m calm, reserved, and pretty quiet overall, making me a wonderful companion for someone who appreciates a softer, more independent personality.
HOW AM I WITH DOGS:
I greet other dogs politely with loose body language, offering a quick sniff before moving on. I’ve shown neutral, appropriate interest and recover quickly from barking or mild startles. I do well with calm dog interactions.
HOW AM I WITH CATS:

HOW AM I WITH KIDS:

I KNOW THE FOLLOWING COMMANDS:
I know sit and respond well to calm guidance. I enjoy observing my surroundings and learning at my own pace.
MY HOUSEBREAKING AND/OR CRATING:
I am housebroken and well-mannered indoors. Kennel environments can be stressful for me at first, especially with loud noises, but I recover quickly and do best with patience, reassurance, and a calm routine.
THINGS I LIKE:
Quiet companionship, exploring new spaces, observing the world, gentle affection on my terms, treats, and having time to warm up to new people.
THINGS I DISLIKE:
Being rushed, loud or chaotic environments, and too much handling before I’m ready. I appreciate respectful space and calm interactions.

ADOPTION FEE INCLUDES:
Spay/neuter, vaccines (rabies, distemper & Bordetella), 1-month access to Petcademy for training and behavior support, slip lead leash, 1 bag starter food, 1 month flea/tick & heartworm preventatives, diagnostic testing, and additional medical procedures as recommended by our vet.
