🌟 Meet Biscuit!
Biscuit thought he already had his forever home. He was adopted as a kitten and grew up knowing what it meant to be someone’s cat, curling up in laps, playing with his toys, and enjoying all the comforts of family life. Then, one Sunday, everything changed.

A car pulled up to FOHA with Biscuit in a small crate. His family was moving and said they could no longer keep him. And just like that, Biscuit was left behind without the family he had always known.

Understandably, adjusting to shelter life has been a big change for him. Biscuit is learning how to navigate sharing the cattery with other cats, and he’ll need a little patience while he figures out his new surroundings. But when it comes to people, there’s no question about what Biscuit wants. He wants to be with you.

You’ll often find this handsome orange guy waiting right at his door to greet staff, volunteers, and visitors. He loves affection, enjoys playing, and we already know from his previous home that Biscuit is a lap cat. Underneath everything he’s been through is a loving house cat who is ready to belong to someone again.

Lap time, affection, greeting visitors at my door, playing, spending time with people, and being part of the action.

🏡 What I’m Looking For:
A family who understands that I’ve experienced a lot of change and will give me a little time to settle in, and, most importantly, a home that intends to be my forever home. I already know how wonderful family life can be, and I’m ready to have that again. If you have another cat or a dog at home, I can go home as foster with intent to adopt so we can take introductions slowly and make sure everyone feels comfortable.

ADOPTION FEE INCLUDES:
Spay/neuter, vaccines (rabies and FVRCP/distemper), diagnostic testing (including FIV/FeLV), any additional medical care recommended by our vet, 1 bag starter food, 1 month flea/tick prevention, and 1-month access to Petcademy for post-adoption support.
