Meet Lilith

🌟 Meet Lilith!

Lilith is a gentle, beautiful soul who has come such a long way since being rescued from a colony of 30 abandoned cats. While she was understandably shy at first, this sweet girl has been showing everyone just how loving she truly is. With a little patience (and maybe a few tasty treats), Lilith quickly warms up and rewards her friends with the softest head butts and the sweetest affection.

She truly enjoys being pet and will happily lean in once she feels safe. Quick movements can still make her a bit nervous, so Lilith does best with calm, thoughtful interactions, the kind that help her confidence continue to grow. Watching her blossom has been incredibly special, and we know she has an even brighter future ahead in a loving home.

One of Lilith’s favorite places to spend time is the catio, where she can relax and watch birds and squirrels to her heart’s content. She has a quiet curiosity about the world and enjoys observing everything from a cozy perch.

🐾 A Few of My Favorite Things:
Gentle pets, head butts, tasty treats, peaceful spaces, birdwatching, and lounging in sunny spots.

🏡 What I’m Looking For:
I’d love a calm, patient home where I can continue building confidence and showing my affectionate side. I may do well with another gentle, respectful cat who can help show me the ropes. If you have another cat or a dog at home, I can go home as foster with intent to adopt so we can make sure it’s the perfect match. Most of all, I’m looking for someone who understands that the sweetest bonds are often built slowly, and are worth every moment.

💛 Ready to fall in love?
Come meet me and see just how special I am.

Lilith's Medical Information

I have FIV, that's what I have but it is NOT who I AM! Please don't let that scare you away. I want you to know that FIV+ cats can and DO live long, healthy, and normal lives when given the chance. In fact, statistically, most FIV cats live as long as their indoor counterparts (13-18 years), and much longer than cats that live outdoors (3-8 years). There are many reported cases where FIV+ cats live well into old age without ever showing any symptoms. It's important to note that dogs, other pets, and humans are absolutely immune to FIV. The virus itself is astonishingly frail and can live outside of the body for only a few seconds. The virus is also extremely slow-acting, so it is unlikely to pose any threat to other cats in the household. I know that adopting an FIV+ cat may seem like a big responsibility, but I promise that I am worth it. I am a sweet and loving kitty who just wants a warm and safe place to call home. If you are willing to give me a chance, I promise to bring you years of joy and companionship. So please come and meet me, and see for yourself that FIV+ cats are just as wonderful and deserving of love as any other cat.
