ABOUT THIS ANIMAL:
I just recently arrived at FOHA and am getting comfortable in my new surroundings. I have met some very nice people here and I am starting to show them all the great things about me. As my friends at FOHA learn more about me they will help me update my bio. In the meantime, if you would like to come meet me, submit an application and we can set up a time to get to know each other. See you soon!!

Nina's Medical Information
I have FIV, but that’s just a small part of my story! FIV+ cats like me can live long, happy, and healthy lives, just like any other indoor kitty. Many of us live well into our teens without ever showing symptoms. FIV isn’t contagious to people or dogs, and it’s very hard to transmit to other cats, it typically only spreads through serious bite wounds, which aren’t common in peaceful indoor homes. So please don’t let those letters scare you. I’m sweet, loving, and ready to bring joy to your life, just like any other cat. 👉 Learn more about FIV and common myths 👉 Watch FOHA’s own Scooter talk about FIV+ cats
