🌟 Meet Honeydew!

For months, I waited in the cattery at FOHA, watching families come and go. Since January 2025, I’ve been overlooked time and again, but thanks to FOHA’s Foster Forward Program, I finally have the chance to show the world who I really am.

And guess what? I’m thriving.

In foster care, I’ve blossomed into a sweet, snuggly, and joyful cat. I’m no longer just the kitty guarding the door or hoping for a treat,  now I curl up for cuddles, purr endlessly, and even climb onto my foster mom’s back for the cutest snuggle naps. I’ve become a professional biscuit maker, a foodie who loves mealtime, and the hostess who greets everyone warmly at the door.

🐾 Great with Family Life
I’ve been wonderful with my foster mom’s 10 year old daughter and even got along with their gentle Lab mix after a slow introduction. I still like my peaceful moments, but I’ve discovered how much I enjoy being part of family life.

🏡 What I’m Looking For
My time in foster care isn’t meant to be forever — it’s meant to help me shine so my real forever family can find me. I’d love a calm, loving home with humans who appreciate a cat that’s equal parts independent and affectionate. If you have another calm cat or a gentle dog, I can try things out as a foster-to-adopt so you’ll have time to see how we fit together.

💰 Adoption Fee Includes
Spay/neuter, vaccines (rabies and FVRCP/distemper), diagnostic testing (including FIV/FeLV), any additional medical care recommended by our vet, 1 bag starter food, 1 month flea/tick prevention, and 1-month access to Petcademy for post-adoption support.
