🌟 Meet Link!

Link’s story began with an act of compassion. As a kitten, he and his littermates were taken in after their neighbors tragically passed away, leaving behind two litters of kittens in need of help. His family lovingly cared for him for years, but when severe cat allergies made it impossible to continue providing the indoor home he deserved, they made the heartbreaking decision to bring Link to FOHA so he could find a new family.

Now this handsome 4-year-old orange tabby is ready to start his next adventure.

Link is a gentle, independent soul who likes to take life at his own pace. New places and new people can make him a little shy at first, and he may spend some time observing from a cozy hiding spot while he figures everything out. But patience is rewarded—once Link feels safe, his sweet personality begins to shine, and you’ll discover a laid-back companion who enjoys simply being near the people and cats he trusts.

One of Link’s favorite things is the company of other cats. He’s lived peacefully with feline companions his entire life and especially enjoys curling up beside his buddy, Sampson, for a nice long nap. Whether they’re playing together or simply sharing a bed, Link clearly finds comfort in having another cat nearby and would likely appreciate a home with a friendly feline companion.

While Link isn’t a fan of being picked up, he has plenty of love to give in his own way. He’s the kind of cat who lets relationships grow naturally, and once you’ve earned his trust, you’ll have a quiet, loyal companion who’s happy to share your home and your heart.

🏡 What I’m Looking For:

I’d love a calm home where I can settle in at my own pace. A patient family that understands shy cats—and maybe even a friendly resident cat to help me feel at home—would be my dream come true.
