Celebrating 50 Years of Saving Lives

Join us for a delicious brunch to honor and raise funds for FOHA’s mission “Home with us until they’re home with you”. Since 1973, more than 17,000 dogs and cats found a safe haven at FOHA and then their forever homes! The party includes amazing food, mimosas, live music, a 50/50 raffle, and the annual Shop for the Shelter auction!

50 years ago – before the No-Kill Movement – one woman decided to rent kennels at the current FOHA shelter site to save animals that otherwise would have been euthanized. Five decades later, over 17,000 animals were saved due to YOUR dedication and the volunteers, staff and donors that came before you.

The Details: Tickets are required to attend the event. Ticket sales end on October 7, 2023. You do not need to be present to win the 50/50 raffle or bid on auction items. The auction is hybrid, starting on September 24, 2023 and conclude at the event on October 15, 2023. If you win an item(s) and are not at the event, you can pick up the item at The Treasure Hound in Chantilly, VA or have the item shipped to you if that is an option for your item.
