Friends of Homeless Animals has joined a coalition of local animal welfare organizations who are deeply disturbed by the shooting of cats in Loudoun County. FOHA has pledged $1,000 as part of an $8,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual(s) responsible for the shootings.
