At FOHA, our mission is to save animals of all ages, including the often-overlooked senior dogs. We are excited to announce that our dedication to these wonderful senior pets has been recognized by the Grey Muzzle Organization, which has awarded us a generous $15,000 grant for the 2024-25 year.
This grant is a validation of the hard work and compassion that our team and supporters put into caring for senior dogs. These dogs, like Betty, a ten-year-old husky battling heart worm, deserve every chance at a happy and healthy life. Thanks to this grant, Betty and many other senior dogs will receive the medical treatment, care, and attention they need to thrive.
The Grey Muzzle Organization shares our vision of a world where no senior dog dies alone and afraid. They have generously supported FOHA for 4 years with grant awards and this will help us continue providing vital resources to ensure that senior dogs live their golden years in comfort and dignity.
