Chops was living life as a farm cat in rural Virginia with several other cats when his owner passed away leaving him and his buddies alone. When a friend of the family surrendered Chops and the other cats to a local shelter, FOHA rescued him. He was quickly adopted and with his new family he got a new name, Magnus. Luckily, he has gained weight and is more social, confident and playful.
Magnus, who happens to be FIV+, got a second chance at a happy life thanks to FOHA. Now this farm cat is enjoying the pampered life of his forever home.
