Gunner

Hi, I’m Gunner, and I’m on the lookout for a new family to call my own. My previous family rescued me and nursed me back to health with so much love. Unfortunately, they started needing to visit something called a “doctor” a lot and didn’t think they could give me the time I deserve. They made a tough decision because they loved me so much.

I’m a really good boy who’s learned a lot—I’m smart, sweet, and loyal. I have a thing for dog beds—they’re my favorite spot to enjoy cookies and play with my toys. I don’t need a big yard because, honestly, I just want to stay by your side. Yards make me a little nervous; my first family disappeared one day, and I was left outside all alone.

I’d be a great buddy for kids—I had a best friend in my last home, a 4-year-old little girl who was my neighbor. She gave the best head scratches! Dogs are pretty cool too, so I wouldn’t mind having a doggy sibling.
