My foster mom likes to call me Panther because I’m a solid black cat. When I first arrived at my foster home, I was extremely scared and shy. I’ve gotten much better but I still struggle with new people and sudden movements. I need someone who is willing to be patient with me and give me time to adjust.
Once I become comfortable with my surroundings, I will be your new best friend. I really enjoy my daily naps in the sun and chasing my foster sisters around the house. I’m not really a lap cat nor a fan of being held, but I will come to you when I want to be petted and sleep with you every night. I do really well with the other cats and small dogs in my foster home.
I’ve come a long way since those first days at my foster home, but still have a ways to go in building confidence and learning to be brave. I would do best in a quiet home with no children.
A cat companion or two would help me continue to learn confidence. Is your home a place I can thrive?
