Leadership

Phyllis has over 35 years of leadership experience in financial management and regulatory compliance.  Her introduction to FOHA was in 2003 when she and her husband adopted their first pup, a Foxhound mix.  She and her husband recently adopted their tenth pup from FOHA, often adopting senior pups or those with special needs.  Phyllis serves as the Board liaison with The Treasure Hound, FOHA’s upscale resale shop.
