Domestic short hair, male, adult – Declawed

My name is Tiger. I'm a sweet and special boy who has loved and lost twice. I came to FOHA initially when I lost my human mom to cancer. I had a hard time adjusting to life without my mom, with whom I’d spent 6 years. I was blessed to be adopted again by a loving adopter who, unfortunately, also became terminally ill. I'm ready to find a loving permanent home again and settle in for a long life with a loving family. My FOHA friends say I'm an old soul in a young cat's body. I have extra toes on my front paws, so it looks like I'm ready for the cold weather with my mittens. I also have white under my chin and bright yellow eyes. While a quiet boy, I do love to sit on my kitty bed next to you on the couch. If you pet me while we're watching tv (Animal Planet, perhaps?) I'll even start to drool. I am so happy when you enter the room, I will likely chirp hello. My only kitten antic -- playing in my water bowl....well, and maybe rolling on a catnip toy. I also like a nice, firm brushing. Ready for love? I know I sure am! I'm Tiger. My friends call me Mr. T. I just hope you'll call me yours.

If you’re interested in adopting me or one of the other fabulous felines at FOHA, complete FOHA's online cat adoption application.

For more information about me, or about FOHA's adoption process, contact my volunteer friends at 703-385-0224 or adopt-a-cat@foha.org.

Tiger is sponsored in honor of former FOHA kitties Lucy & Ethel.
