Did you hear that? It’s me, Chatter! I’m a striped kitten who’s raring to go – to his forever home! I love to play any chance I get. My foster family describes me as very smart (of course!), very sweet (sugary, in fact), very inquisitive (goes with the smarts), and a very good boy.
